The Tampa Bay Rays look to bounce back on Tuesday night in the second game of their series with the Detroit Tigers, and they've got the best pitcher po sible available to get the job done.Shane McClanahan, the Rays' Opening Day starter who's leading all of baseball in strikeouts, takes the mound for Tampa Bay in the 6:40 p.m. ET game at Tropicana Field.
