Euchre online game pits two-person teams of four against each other in a trick-taking card game with a trump. As in Whist, the highest card of the suit led wins the trick unless someone plays an ace of trumps, which is an optional move.
Any card of any suit, including trumps, can be used as the first card in this game by the player to the left of the dealer. The game proceeds clockwise, with players following suit if they own a card from the suit that was just led. The left bower belongs to the trump suit, not its native suit.

Players who do not play the suit leading or trump cannot win the trick. In order to progress to the next trick, the trick winner must take the played cards off the table, turn them face down, and reshuffle the deck.
